Kemerovo State University, established in 1974, is one of the leading higher-education institutions in Russia, situated in Kemerovo Oblast in Siberia. It is a coeducational institution officially approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and it conducts a wide range of educational and training activities including in the field of medicine. The MBBS programme for international students is offered in English medium and spans 6 years including internship.

With over 50 years of experience, the university has grown into a prestigious scientific, educational and research centre in Siberia.
