Pskov State University, Russia, is a renowned public institution established in 2010 by merging five leading educational institutions of the Pskov region, the oldest dating back to 1932. Its academic structure consists of 16 faculties including a medical education faculty.

PskovSU has more than 10,000 students and over 500 teachers, including Honored Teachers of Russia and Candidates of Science. It is one of the largest research centres and training bases for scientific personnel in the North-West of Russia, with advanced classrooms, laboratories, 10 computer labs, a large sports hall and a 300-seat conference hall.
